2. What data we collect
- Basic technical data (such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit), which our hosting and service providers process automatically for security and to make the website work.

- To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a safe website.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business and who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

- Resend (United States): sending your purchase and access emails.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: secure storage of your access record and delivery of your audio files.

- Email, invoicing and accounting providers, and our tax advisors where required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). When that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep it
- Marketing email data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Purchase and invoicing data: for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to six years).
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Just email support@hiddencommands.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the data protection authority where you live.
7. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To show you your personal launch offer, our website stores one small value in your browser (local storage and a first-party cookie named hc_offer_start_v1) with the time of your first visit, so your offer timer stays the same if you come back. It contains no personal information, is never shared, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data. Our payment and delivery providers may use strictly necessary cookies during checkout to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date.
